(“4Mac Properties,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information obtained through websites and online services operated by us, including 4MacProperties.com, DoyleCourt.com, and other property-specific websites we may operate.
This notice applies to information collected through website contact forms, property-information requests, showing requests, open-house inquiries, homeowner-guide requests, appointment-scheduling features, direct communications, and your use of our websites.

Depending on how you use our websites, we may collect the following categories of information.

Text Messages and Mobile Information

When a website form includes an optional text-message consent checkbox, text-message consent is provided only when you affirmatively check that box. Consent is not required to submit a question, request information, request a showing, obtain open-house information, schedule a conversation, or purchase any service.

When text-message consent is not provided, we may respond by email or telephone instead.

We do not sell mobile telephone numbers or text-message opt-in information. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to communications service providers solely as necessary to transmit and manage messages.

For example, property-specific websites may use Vimeo to display property walkthrough videos and Google Maps to display property locations and directions.
When you interact with embedded third-party content, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, device information, cookies, and information about your interaction with the embedded service.
Those providers process information according to their own privacy policies and practices. We do not control their independent data-collection practices.
Do Not Track Signals and Third-Party Tracking
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our websites do not presently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Third-party website hosting, scheduling, analytics, security, communications, mapping, video-hosting, or embedded-service providers may collect information about your device or online activity over time and across different websites, subject to their own privacy policies and technologies.
We do not control how third-party services respond to Do Not Track signals.
Appointment Scheduling and Third-Party Services
When you use a third-party scheduling service, such as Calendly, information you submit may be collected and processed by that provider under its own privacy policy and terms.
The scheduling provider may send confirmation emails, create calendar files, or process appointment information on our behalf.
Our websites may also contain links to websites operated by other organizations. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites. Review their policies before submitting information.
Property Inquiries and Showing Requests
Property-specific websites may allow you to request information about a property, request a private showing, receive open-house information, or otherwise express interest in a property.
Information submitted through these forms may include your name, email address, telephone number, whether you are a buyer, buyer’s agent, neighbor, or other interested person, and the nature of your inquiry.
Submitting a property inquiry does not create a brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no website, email system, telecommunications system, transmission method, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information through our websites at your own discretion.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using any unsubscribe instructions included in the email or by contacting us.
You may stop text messages by replying STOP.
Requests to stop promotional communications will not prevent us from sending communications necessary to respond to an active inquiry, manage an appointment or showing request, comply with legal obligations, or provide information you specifically requested.
California Privacy Requests
California residents may contact us with questions or requests concerning personal information collected through our websites.
Depending on the circumstances and the laws applicable to the business, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Our websites are intended for adults seeking real estate, property, or homeownership information.
They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our websites.

This version keeps the substance of your existing notice—including the categories of personal information, automated technical data, communication practices, retention and California-request provisions—but broadens it to cover the property-specific site and the additional embedded services now used on DoyleCourt.com.
One thing I would revisit later: if (949) 229-8630 is intended only as the Doyle Court property line rather than your permanent 4MAC business number, I would eventually use your primary business number on this central Privacy Notice.
